UPS South Africa delivery

Hi UPS

Recently UPS delivered my parcel to the address I have specified. I received a proof of delivery and the person who signed the delivery is not even a person I know. UPS did not even call me nor did they email me to find out if I will be at home. UPS signed off *******ly to this person thats not even the owner of the parcel. Pls help me to trace down my parcel.
