UPS South Africa = Black Hole

I ordered RC parts from the USA and paid for Worldwide Expedited Delivery which cost an extra $30.

Its amazing that the parts leave USA on Wednesday the 20th of April 2022 and arrive in Kempton Park on the 22nd of April 2022. expedited is supposed to be 3 to 5 days delivery(Working), the package is now stuck in Kempton Park waiting for them to send me an invoice. I have tried phoning, when I eventually get through I confirmed my details, I have e-mailed, no reply. 5 Days later after detail confirmation no invoice, tried to phone this morning, what a joke.

How about UPS now contribute to the payable invoice with the $30 as they have not met their Worldwide Expedited.
