UPS South Africa as bad as South African Post Office
So I ordered a few items feom Amazon. Shipped in 3 days all across USA to Dubai to SA. Now it has been sitting over a week in Johannesburg. How the hell can a parcel travel like 19500km in 3 days and the last 100km is taking over a week. Tried email and phoning contact center to no avail.

04 Oct 2020, 11:55So I finally got some feedback. What a mess. Seems Globeflight handles incoming parcels from UPS and then passes these to “agents” subcontractors who are clearly super ***********. Imagine a courier company that does not use an actual GPS but rather a phone with free Google maps. Ridiculous. The free Google maps on a phone is useless compared to a proper GPS.
