UPS - so far so good.

I have recently switched from DHL to UPS for all our shipments coming from Europe and I am not regretting it. I have dealt with DHL in past and the main difference is that people at UPS actually care. Yes, they do not have as big network as DHL and they use subcontractors to deliver to remote areas, but they actually care and they do follow up.
