UPS sits on package for 5 days in joberg

I paid USD75 for a package to be delivered from Germany, it took 2 days to get from Germany to UPS in kempton park it has now been sitting at kempton park for 5 days and they havent had the courtesy to call me to arrange delivery or release it or send me updates.<br> <br> NOT WORTH THE MONEY.<br> <br> other courier companies call BEFORE the package arrives to arrange clearance, they have a maximum of 1 day delay in customes. 5 days in kempton park is a bit ridiculous.<br>
