UPS SHOCKING SERVICE.

This is the 2nd time that UPS has asked for payment and documents are all accurate. They always ask for payment and then delay the parcel for another week. We have stupidly paid and yet the parcel is delayed again.The delay in their response is appalling. Actually their lack of response to any emails is non existent. DHL never has any problems. If there is a query - they call you and email you. UPS don't even bother to call and you cannot get through on the phone.
