UPS services are pathetic!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting services! It's taken 3 DAYS to get a quote and I STILL don't have a quote. I've done follow up emails and still no response. THEN they send me a quote form to fill out WHICH I'VE NEVER HAD to fill in before.

Another case - I've asked for a collection and have had no response regarding this either!

Pathetic!
