UPS SERVICE IS BAD!!

Bad service delivery, you wait for your parcel for almost 1 and half month. they don't update you on the statuse you have to constantly contact them to get updates, every ugent you speak to give you different information, one will say they waiting on flight details, one will say they having holidays, one will tell you the package is detained, when you ask them when they were going to tell you that package is detained they dont have answer. Will not recommend you to use their servies. Rather use DHL , never a hussel to get your shipments from outsided the country and they update you with every little thing about your shipment, they will never detain your shipment for no reason.
