UPS SA Service gone to the toilet!

Would have given a zero-star. 1. Over 10 minutes hold on line IF switchboard actually puts you through. Sometimes it just rings forever. 2. No emails queries get answered. 3. Parcels get held up even though we have an account. 4. Capture clerks ignore import codes sent from suppliers and invent their own - incorrectly!
