UPS *********** overseas customers

Worst courier in the world. Wants to charge me R320-00 to clear a measly magazine in customs. Where the customs fee is R28-05. What a total ripoff. The magazine is only worth R120-00 You would think the amount you paid overseas would cover this. Seems the local guys can charge what they want,
