UPS really sucks

Ordered something from the UK. After reading terrible reviews on here about UPS South Africa I waited with trepidation. UPS was the company's chosen courier service.

Took only a couple days to get to the warehouse in Cape Town. Spent the next two and a half weeks phoning/emailing them trying to get it though customs. They could at least confirm that they receive your emails. In the end decided to return the order in order to avoid the hassle.

Had a package delivered yesterday with Aramex from the USA. Took literally 2 days to get through customs. Also awesome costumer service. Go with them rather.
