UPS really Bad Service, Negative Rating

Bad bad, service from this company, no communication, sent them all contact details, no contact regarding my package, for weeks i have been waiting, tracking package, not moving, no progress. Its really frustrating, I regret using the over Fedex, which has been awesome.
