UPS Poor Services

My package arrived from overseas at UPS's Kempton Park warehouse on 10/02/24. On their Tracking system it shows that they initiated contact with me to release the package on the same date - This NEVER happened. On 14/02 I had to contact them, pay customs as well as UPS's brokerage Fee, provided them with my ID No, But still they will NOT release my package and keep on bugging me for import numbers etc. More importantly - this package is NOT being delivered. POOR POOR Service. Rather use SA Post-Office. Cannot be worse
