UPS poor service

My parcel left UK 27/4 arrived in South Africa 29/4 left Kempton Park 3/5 was scheduled for delivery 4/5 then 5/5 - it is a week since parcel left the warehouse and now no delivery date is scheduled. The parcel is an envelope, the UK sender paid 85 pounds - for that kind of money this is poor service indeed with no sign of delivery
