UPS Policy is NOT to use a doorbell !!

USELESS ! Needed to return a laptop to HP so they sent UPS to collect. No collection yesterday but left a note saying collection attempted. I work from home and was listening for the doorbell all day. So today he rocks up, i activated the camera so i can literally WATCH out for the guy... I see him so I race for the door....Guy couldn't be bothered to use the Ring doorbell "because they "unreliable". Are you ****ting me ??? He was seriously trying to tell me that its UPS Policy NOT to use Blink/Ring doorbells because of them not being reliable. How hard is it to press the doorbell and THEN knock on a door ? Clearly WAAY to hard ! what a load of **** ! NEVER USE THEM. Literally ANY other courier is better.
