UPS: One Star Rating is too much

Rating: 0 I wasted 4 months to try an get my package delivered only to be told the delivery is being abandoned because there is no invoice for the package. It seems a bit silly to ship a package 10 000 km and only realise the invoice isn't available the moment it needs to get delivered to the customer. Ironically enough the commercial invoice is not needed if I pay R300. This is absolute ******ion.
