UPS - NOT WORTH IT!

USELESS!!!! The parcel arrives in South Africa, and sits for over a week. UPS take 24 hours to action anything! Now told because it has been inspected they need to raise another invoice!!!! Have not seen the invoice in over 24hous and have to wait for the invoice, to be paid ... and then they take 48hours to acnowledge payment and move the parcel down to Durban which will take another 3 - 4 days. Not a courier service at all!!! Try to ask for managment you hold for 10mins ..... and no one is put on the line. Clearly no management at all. This is not the first time it has happened with UPS!
