UPS Nonsense service and arrogant and driver

I phoned you this morning (29 June 2021) to confirmed when was the driver going t deliver my parcel . You confirmed at 3:00pm. Your Rude unprofessional driver decided to come before 3:00pm and there was no one at the house he then decided to drive off with the parcels and switched off the phone. This is nonsense service. You cant confirm 3:00pm and arrived at 2:15pm
