UPS non-Existing service

A Parcel was send from Estonia. app**** for the relevant import permit, was declined due to the weight given by UPS was to low. App**** for new permit which was approved after numerous emails leading to nothing, currently not getting any reply from their customer service and clearance agents. I logged several complaints on their website with communication back to me. Till date I have received no response if any thing is outstanding or how to resolve issues. I have been on the phone with them twice and each time they give me different reasons why parcel has not been cleared. The parcel is now up for disposal and no-one can advise or assist me.

Their service is non-existing with no communication. Please don't use UPS as a courier service or clearing agent
