UPS Non Delivery

This parcel is in Little Rock Arizona rather than London.

Trying to hold of the switchboard is near impossible.I wait up to 8 mins to get an answer and then the fun begins.You wait again and Daniel in Customer services cannot get answers and we do not know whether the parcel will get to London.

There is generally a very unsupported service. This attitude will not get UPS any business as it is totally frustrating.It is suggested that UPS staff try themselves to get through to ********** to experience what it is like to deal with matters.
