UPS No Deliver

I have a package sitting at the UPS branch since middle September and nobody contacts me to notify me or tell me that there is issues with delivery. I have been trying to contact UPS for past 2 days with no success. I have sent an enquiry about the package and only received an email stating it is not delivered because of certain reasons, but with no option to get in contact with someone.
