UPS NO COMMUNICATION

I have ordered and paid my parcel last year September coming from Daniel Gerhardts. There was a nice tracking history with alot of updates UNTIL my parcel has landed in South Africa on the 23rd of September. From there NO COMMUNICATION from you and I have tried to call which is only a dead end!!!! Please can someone assist this as it is 7 months already that I am waiting, which is PATHETIC!!!!!!
