UPS: NEVER AGAIN

I will never use UPS ever again and I will always encourage people to do the same. UPS South Africa shouldn't exist, none of their employees deserve a salary.

I was on holiday in Europe in August and I shipped a few of my things that didn't fit in my suitcase using their "services". The parcel arrived two weeks ago in South Africa and since I am dealing with *********** people unable to schedule a delivery or even give a feedback.

They only contact me after I contact them, and if I don't, they don't bother feeding back to me. When they contact me, that's only to ask somebody to respond, and that person never responds: e.g. "Good Day Francios

Kindly note below request. Confirm if shipment stop released.

Kind Regards Janine Mentor" or

"Good Day Francios

Kindly advise Cedric accordingly

Kind Regards Janine Mentor"

I have sent all the documents they have asked for. I had to fill a document stating what furniture I was moving to SA, even though I live here! What furniture can I possibly move in a 9 kg parcel??!! I had to get all those documents stamped and signed by a commissioner. They never acknowledged reception of the documents, except when I asked them if they did but only for them to seize the opportunity of asking me to pay for the custom fees. I paid and sent proof of payment and they never acknowledged reception of the proof of payment until I asked them.

It's been a week now and the parcel is still not delivered and of course, the status of the parcel hasn't changed and nobody is answering my questions.

Here is a list of those *********** people I am force to talk to: Janine Mentor Francois De Klerk Maverick Mngadi Shirley Malekutu Masango *****goe Malekutu Zenzile

Please accept my apologies if I forgot your name here.

The only thing UPS employees are good at, is setting automated responses to say that they are out of office, I have received it from something like 5 people already! You know what? Stay out of your office!
