UPS needs more Patricia Loubser's!! Great service!!

I received an email from UPS asking me to register with ITAC for the online purchase I made in Scotland. What?? Never in my life heard of them and I buy loads of stuff online all over the world. A quick call to Patricia Loubser gave a description of the items and done!! Patricia Loubser is the best!!! So friendly and even send follow u emails to make sure all is good! UPS must give Patricia Loubser a raise and a promotion. Thank you so much Patricia Loubser.
