UPS lost my package

I arranged for a parcel to be shipped to the U.S. UPS collected the package and now they have no clue to where it is. Its been 2 months now and they have no clue. Their customer support is useless and the people that work there say will contact you then the don't, or they just transfer you to someone else so they don't have to deal with it. It is a terrible company and the worst courier I have dealt with. They is clueless and unprofessional. They basically lost my package which cost me R 2 500.

DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE USELESS!
