UPS Kempton Park - USELESS Parcel Services

By far the WORST service provider in South Africa! More than a month later and I am still waiting for a copy of my invoice that includes my VAT number. South African law requires that all invoices over R 5000 needs to have the customer's VAT number on it. It took a week for them to send me a pro-forma invoice and I made payment within 5 minutes. Then it took them another 3 weeks to get the parcel delivered to me. Now, more than a month later, I am still waiting for them to get their act together and just send me my complete invoice that includes my VAT number. If you value your peace of mind and time I suggest you stay FAR away from this inept company!
