Hi All

Fir those of you following my plight - you wont believe it but i am still no further. 'This is despite leaving 3 messages and holding on the phone twice with my cell phone since yesterday for over 40 minutes.. They only respond when i post and then i never hear from them again
I have lost a fortune and they have absolutely no sense of urgency or care to resolve this matter.

DO NOT USE THEM - EVER!!!

AND Believe it or not i hardly ever complain so yiu must know just how bad they are.

With respect this has been going on for two weeks and i have lost a fortunes in the process.
I think your company's sense of urgency leaves a lot to be desired, and your communications less that acceptable.

Dealing with UPS has been the most difficult company i have ever worked with and that is saying a lot in my 40 years experience in dealing with companies.

I do not recommend that anyone uses you if they are not prepared for massive stress.

I have instructed all my Chinese partners to never use you again

I will however consider you again in my future imports if you can at least bring yourselves to care about your customers.

Anyway thank you and i am still in the dark as to when exactly i will be getting my parcel.

If i don't get an answer today i will post something in linked in where i have many followers

Yes but i do expect you to call them and get me an answer, Not hide behind the email and waiting excuse. I just don't buy it.
