UPS is useless

Since I wrote my review on the 17th of August, nothing has changed. I have to take time our of my busy schedule multiple times a day to email for feedback. First, they claimed a payment link was sent, but I never received it, I had to request them to resend it, they could not even apply their own thinking in doing that. (***) Eventually, two days later I got a link, and guess what it was not working. I ended up paying EFT and had to email them to confirm payment and allocate the payment since it was an instant payment (yes, it costs money to send a pay and clear payment) I have been in touch with ***, ***, ***, ja*******, ***, ***, and no feedback has been given. I have been begging and pleading with them to ship the parcel down from Johannesburg to Cape Town but now they say it is in for clearance at customs, but they had my parcel in their warehouse since the 14th of August. I am at my wits-end with asking these people to give me answers. They do not communicate, they just give a damn about customer service. I paid for a service with UPS and I am not getting that service at all! These big corporate people really don't care since there is always someone else who would use their service to their own regret.
