UPS is useless

Very upset and not impressed with their servive.

Used their expedited service and paid premium to get a parcel in South Africa.

Parcel was collected on the 4th of December and landed in JHB the 9th. Not a single word about why it is taking so long to get here. Phoning them is a disaster at the least. Have spent in excess of 2 hours holding on whilst listening to the worst quality voice recording on the planet. Sent them emails and absolutely no reply. Phoned the local UPS depot in Cape Town and they are unable to asssist with my queries.

Will never ever use this pathetic company again.
