Ups is useless

I ordered two parcels from china.I normally use aramax which is fantastic but supplier sent it with ups.I got the two invoices last monay and paid it the same day.Send proof of payment.They send me mails everyday I must pay.I tried to call them Mnr Kumalo after 54minutes gave up.Tried the next day and after 67 minutes gave up.They dont answer my mails .I need help with these people cannot believe they do bussiness.Will never use them ever again Regards Richard Russell
