UPS IS USELESS

There is no service from all UPS Personnel . We had a parcel due for over a month. I phoned their Offices every day with nobody came back with a answer. Even the Manager (Oscar) never phone me back even though he promised twice to phone me back within 10min. There is just no service. UPS is USELESS>>>>>Then we have to Pay a invoice for over R5000.00 and still not have the parcel delivered.
