UPS is the worst courier service

I sent documents to Germany with UPS from South Africa which were supposed to be delivered yesterday and till now I cannot get proper feedback from UPS South Africa. I had to arrange with the receiver to collect but still no assistance from UPS as no-one seem to know what happening with our Parcel.

We paid for Express Service but looks like UPS is just promises, they do not deliver on their promise. All I get told is that the parcel was delayed. Why?
