UPS IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY!

Terrible customer service! My parcel has been stuck at their customs warehouse for the past 5 days. Ive been calling nonstop asking for the invoice but they all keep saying i will get it today, its been today for 5 days now. You hace to wait for 45min on the line to speak to an agent that will lie to you. On top of this im still expected to pay for the service. UPS IS PATHETIC!!!!
