UPS IS THE MOST *********** DELIVERY COMPANY

UPS lost my parcel, and after they knew that it was lost they made me pay the customs fee. I paid them R3059 and they refuse to refund me. Don't send your parcels through them. It's an *********** company that refuses to take responsibility of their mistakes.
