UPS is possible the worst courier company in the world!

I have shipped a Package to myself from Spain about 3 weeks ago, I am calling UPS everyday to get some help with my parcel and the assistance I get is so disgusting I will never use this service again! no one wants to help or cares about my package . I have to call them and follow up daily as no one has even been bothered to send me 1 email or a call , not even once! Disgusting service
