UPS is pathetic

UPS have to have the worst customer service department in the country. The staff never give you answer. They send parcels for so called PORT HEALTH inspection so they can charge you extra fees. When you ask why you get an answer that it needs inspection by a vet as it has wood in it. ***.......Then it clears customs only to go back to customs and you start all over again. Tracking is a waste of time as it is always in the warehouse. How can you run a business when UPS is run by stupid uncaring people.
