UPS IS PATHETIC!!!!

UPS COD agent "Kagiso Mogotsi" claim that my shipment invoice is not readable I have provided and still willingly to provide another copy. I give up on the team responsible for delivery of parcels.

Terrible customer service! My parcel has been stuck at their customs warehouse for the past 4 days. i have been calling nonstop , its been today for 4 days now. You have to wait for 45min on the line to speak to an agent that will lie to you. On top of this I paid for the service. UPS IS PATHETIC!!!!
