UPS is Pathetic!

UPS Tracking is pathetic!!

For 3 weeks we have been struggling to get someone to help us.

UPS's courier guy threw very expensive Six Nations Rugby tickets over my wall without *Phoning anybody * without anyone SIGNING for the tickets.

What happened?! The dogs chewed the very expensive tickets into shreds!

They keep shifting the blame and refuse to be of any constructive help.

It was your responsibility to deliver those tickets safely to us. You are responsible for those tickets until the rightful person singns for it! NOT THROW IT OVER A WALL TO WHICH THE DELIVERY GUY ADMITTED DOING!!

ALL our other travel arrangements for 2 weeks have been made and paid for.

I need a refund from you as you were responsible for those tickets, which was safely handed over to you. Hardus Du Toit
