UPS is no different to SA post office

I ordered a product from an international online store. I always use DHL with no issues but this supplier happens to use UPS. When the item reached South Africa with tracking number 1Z***, UPS has been sitting with it constantly asking me again and again for my ID copy and payment. Which IV long since supp****. There's no communication, nobody returns my emails or calls and their documents required to complete make no sense at all. Dont choose UPS. Rather use DHL because it's a smoother quicker process. Iv since given up on me ever receiving my item from UPS.
