UPS is horrific!

UPS is the most horrific company I have ever had to deal with. My parcel arrived at its offices in Kempton Park on 21 December, it's now 03 January and I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered in Bryanston. I have been in contact with them almost everyday asking where my parcel is and everyday there is a story of how it is somehow still at their offices and never got sent out for delivery or the driver is running late or it will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow has never come. Today was the biggest joke. I was told that my parcel would be delivered today. At the end of the day I call to ask how far the driver is and I am told that my parcel never got sent out for delivery. I actually wanted to laugh. I now have to drive all the way to Kempton Park because clearly I will be waiting until Kingdom come. I am NEVER EVER making use of their services. DHL is the way to go, I have always had the most pleasant experiences with them. I will be making noise all over social media on UPS' pathetic service.
