UPS is frustrating

So my international parcel seems to be in Kempton Park already, I was sent an email to provide clearance details which I did and since then the parcel has been in Kempton Park, I don’t know if there’s custom fees due on the parcel or not the info on the app I used to purchase suggests that my parcel could be waiting for customs fees payment and an email was sent to me about this, I didn’t receive the email and I feel like the parcel should have been delivered today if it is already cleared. The chat box is also so unhelpful
