UPS is aweful

WRT above mentioned parcel number, why is it that a customer has to phone UPS hundreds of times to get things done......firstly you guys *****ed up the clearing, now I have to call you guys 4 times today alone to get an invoice.....how do you expect me to pay so that i can get a delivery.....is this the service you guys offer???? It is now 15:54 and I still don't have an invoice....Seriously guys????
