UPS is a ****

They are a ******* and a ****. They hide costs and when you raise this with them they tell you there is nothing they can do and if you don't pay then you won't get your items. 1. I bought something from Australia 2. After several shipping quotes we went with UPS priority. 7 days. We paid in full 3. 3 weeks later item still hasn't arrived. No phone calls, no emails from UPS. DISGUSTING SERVICE 4. We finally get hold of someone. They tell us we there are MORE costs we need to pay. VAT plus broker and distribution costs coming to another R1100 over and above the 3k we already paid them! I have now paid UPS pretty much what they item is worth that I bought. I will NEVER use this **** of a company again
