UPS IS A MESS! EXPRESS DELIVERY SHOULD BE EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!

I have now been waiting for a week for my delivery from UPS. They keep delaying my delivery when I paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY!!! I spoke to Junaid from UPS, who even called me back on my personal number to confirm that my package would be delivered on Thursday (18/05) when the initial EXPRESS DELIVERY was meant for FRIDAY (12/05). It’s been a week and now the new delivery date is set for this Friday.. I know it won’t be delivered. So prove me wrong UPS!!!!
