UPS impossible to get hold of

I've dealt with UPS in Johannesburg for a number of years and in the lasy year it has become extremely frustrating to contact anybody on their ********** number.

You just hang on for ages until eventually you give up, ironically while hanging on they play an annoying recorded message praising how efficient, 'streamlined' and customer orientated UPS is.

Trying to contact UPS Johannesburg is an extremely frustration experience.
