UPS

UPS undoubtedly wins the prize for most *********** staff. A mistake was made capturing the value of my parcel which meant incorrect customs charges. Me and the sender have both been trying to to correct it with no luck. Since the beginning of the year!!!! We have both resolved to never use UPS again.
