UPS - dreadful service, no delivery !!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any company. Paid a fortune to send a parcel from US to South Africa. Sent on the 2nd of May - still not received. No reply from customer services. Will never recommend them to anyone. They take the money and forget about you !!!
