UPS dreadful service
Never use this service ever again. Worst in the world after using other services regularly. A large envelope containing important documents and a bank card was sent from Vancouver on 20th February, then to their main office, then to Dubai and arriving in Kempton Park on 25th February where it still is 3 weeks later. I investigated and found they do not deliver door to door but subcontract it out. It’s now lost and nobody I contact knows where these important documents are. It was sent UPS because we were assured it was safe and would arrive with 3 to 5 days but now take 10 full days to investigate! DHL deliver door to door within 2 days of leaving Vancouver.

(1). Package has been delivered
(2). Proof of delivery obtained
(3). Case closed
Seriously??????
Quite amazing as the package was not delivered, therefore UPS cannot possibly have proof of delivery and this case cannot be closed until I receive this package.
UPS promised this package would be delivered with 3-5 days and here we are 35 days later and I am still waiting for someone to take charge and get this package to me. These documents from Canada are vital to me but because UPS source their packages to a 3rd party, and don't deliver as they advertise door to door. nobody knows where this package is. This has been a very stressful experience and nobody should ever have to go through this, so my family will NEVER use UPS again.

Today when he found out I had still not received this package he went to endless trouble to investigate why, and to make sure that I would have this package today. What a relief to have it in my hands.
