UPS dont invoice, so package never comes

Hi

A parcel from Brazil is being delivered to me. No one has ever called me to process.

I have eventually called ups and was told there was customs must be paid. To date no invoice.

I have called the call center twice, no invoice still and no feedback from them.

Tried calling again now, call center just gets terminated each time I call.

Pathetic service, all other couriers in South Africa will call you to do the next processing step. Not ups.
