UPS does not deliver

I live in a rural area outside of Las Vegas, New Mexico For some time now , the delivery man named Curtis has not been delivering my shipments on the day promised . He usually makes an excuse like weather delay which happened again today when it was 60 degrees and sunny . I've called the office several times and nothing changes .( 505 425 1105) The manager does nothing to help. I've called the 800 number to file a complaint and they refuse to do anything also. I'll call the President of UPs tomorrow and see if she can help

The excuse today was weather again. Why do you allow your employees to lie to your customers. Once, I had to wait for seven days for a delivery. Please do something.
